Maintenance Tips: After completing the registration, please carefully read the relevant product warranty terms and keep the official invoice safe for our technician verification during service.
Product maintenance service terms and conditions:
Our company guarantees that the products listed will be in perfect working order during the warranty period, and provides free warranty service within the 2-year warranty period. The warranty details are as follows:
(1) During the warranty period from the date of purchase, customers are entitled to free on-site repair service. Except for the casing, glass panel and accessories, if other parts are damaged or malfunction, and the malfunction is confirmed by our technicians to have occurred under normal use, free replacement parts will be provided.
(2) The product warranty will automatically expire under the following circumstances:
• The product has been repaired or modified by unauthorized persons.
• The product has been damaged due to misoperation, negligence, accidents, and natural disasters.
• Malfunction of machine parts caused by abnormal voltage.
• The product was not installed according to the installation instructions provided by the manufacturer.
• The product serial number has been altered, defaced, or removed.
(3) All maintenance services are only available in a safe working environment.
(4) The services provided during the warranty period do not include the product casing and non-functional parts.
(5) The Company will not be liable for any loss directly or indirectly caused by product damage.
(6) Customers in outlying islands and remote areas who require on-site repair services must pay the attendance surcharge set by the company.
(7) Please keep the product ID card safe and present the product ID card and the official purchase invoice to our technicians for inspection during the repair process.
(8) The product warranty is only valid in Hong Kong.
(9) In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of this specification, the Chinese version shall prevail.
This is to certify that the GARWOODS product identified on this warranty period is free of defect in materials and workmanship. We guarantee to the end-user two-year free services subject to the terms and conditions listed below.
(1) We provide free maintenance service for two years commencing from the date of original purchase. During the warranty period, for any defect in the judgment of our technician, caused under normal use, we are responsible for repairing and replacing parts free of charge (excluding body, glass panel, light-bulb and accessories). Any defective parts which have been replaced, shall become the company's property.
(2) This warranty is invalid in the following cases:
• Product has been tampered with or subjected to repair or modification by any other person not authorized by our company.
• The product has been damaged through misuse, negligence, accident or natural calamities.
• The product has become malfunction as caused by power interruption or abnormal voltage input.
• Fail to follow the installation instructions provided.
• The serial number has been altered, effaced and/or removed.
(3) The service will only be provided under safe condition and circumstance.
(4) This warranty does not cover the body of product and non-function parts and accessories.
(5) The Company will not be liable for any loss directly or indirectly caused from breakdown of the product.
(6) This warranty is only applicable in Hong Kong.
(7) For outlaying islands or remote area services, a traveling surcharge will be levied and in case workshop service is needed, the client will be responsible for transporting the product to and from our service center.
(8) Please keep and present the product ID card together with the official purchase invoice to our technician for inspection during each service.
(9) In case there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English version and Chinese version of the terms, the Chinese version shall prevail.

This is to certify that the GARWOODS
product identified on this warranty period is free of defect in materials and
workmanship. We guarantee to the end-user Five-year free services subject to
the terms and conditions listed below.
(1) We provide free maintenance service
commencing for five year from the date of original purchase. During the
warranty period, for any defect in the judgment of our technician, caused under
normal use, we are responsible for repairing and replacing parts free of charge
(excluding body, glass panel, and accessories). Any defective parts which have
been replaced, shall become the company’s property.
(2) This warranty is invalid in the following cases:
• Product has been tampered with or subjected to repair or modification by any

Product maintenance service terms and conditions (for tabletop professional ovens):
Our company guarantees that the products listed herein will be in perfect working order during the warranty period, and provides a one-year free pick-up and delivery service. Warranty details are as follows:
(1) During the warranty period from the date of purchase, customers are entitled to free repair services. Except for the casing, glass panel and accessories, if other parts are damaged or malfunction, and the malfunction is confirmed by our technicians to have occurred under normal use, free replacement parts will be provided.
(2) During the warranty period, our company will provide customers with free door-to-door pickup and delivery service to our service center, and will return the product to the customer after repair:
• The customer's address must match the maintenance registration address.
• When the product is picked up and delivered, the customer needs to unplug and plug it back in himself.
• Customers in remote areas are required to pay a remote area surcharge.
• Door-to-door pickup and delivery service does not include any additional charges for going up or down stairs.
• Customers located on outlying islands are responsible for delivering the products to our service center and retrieving them after repair.
(3) The product warranty will automatically expire under the following circumstances:
• The product has been repaired or modified by unauthorized persons.
• The product has been damaged due to misoperation, negligence, accidents, and natural disasters.
• Abnormal voltage causes malfunction of machine parts.
• The product was not installed according to the installation instructions provided by the manufacturer.
• The product serial number has been altered, defaced, or removed.
(4) The services provided under the product warranty do not include the product housing and non-functional parts.
(5) The Company will not be liable for any loss directly or indirectly caused by product damage.
(6) Please keep the product ID card safe and present the product ID card and the official purchase invoice to our staff for inspection before repair.
(7) The product warranty is only valid in Hong Kong.

In addition to the casing, glass panel and accessories, if other mechanical parts are damaged or malfunctioning, and the company's technical staff confirms that the malfunction occurs under normal use, free replacement parts service will be provided.
(2) For maintenance services within the warranty period, our company will provide customers with free door-to-door delivery service of products to our service center, and return them to customers after repair:
• The customer's address must match the maintenance registration address.
• When the product is delivered to your door, customers need to unplug and plug in the power plug of the product themselves.
• Customers in remote areas are required to pay a remote area transportation surcharge.
• Door-to-door delivery service does not include stair climbing surcharge.
• Customers on outlying islands are responsible for sending the product to our company's service center and picking it up after repair.
(3) This warranty will automatically become invalid under the following circumstances:
• The product has been repaired or modified by persons not authorized by the company.
• The product has been damaged by incorrect operation, negligent use, accidents and natural disasters.
• Mechanical operation failure due to abnormal voltage.
• The product is not installed according to the installation instructions provided by the original manufacturer.
• The product serial number has been converted, altered or removed.
(4) The services provided by this warranty do not include items such as product casings and non-functional parts.
(5) Our company will not be responsible for any direct or indirect losses caused by product damage.
(6) Please keep this warranty certificate properly and present this warranty certificate and the official purchase invoice to our company staff for review before repair.
(7) This warranty is only valid in Hong Kong.
(8) If there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of this specification, the Chinese version shall prevail.
